On their website, Silentnight Beds claim to be 'the UKs largest manufacturer of branded beds for the home'. Silentnight don't sell their beds direct to the public but you will find their beds stocked by loads of bed shops and furniture shops in the UK and on the internet.
Silentnight are also known for their Miracoil spring system which is used in the Silentnight mattresses. This is a unique continuous spring system which runs the length of the bed so that the springs can't fall through the slatted base. This system ensures total support for the full life of the bed.
